Southerly Builders is a family-owned and operated construction company specializing in residential and commercial builds, custom homes, barndominiums, remodels, outdoor facilities, and metal shops in South Central Texas. Founded by Jeff and Crystal Heubaum, Southerly Builders grew out of a family business and continues to uphold the legacy of building quality homes with personalized client relationships.

Warranty
We understand that it takes time to settle into a new home, which is why we stand behind our home warranties at Southerly Builders. We provide a 10-year warranty on the foundation and framing, a 2-year warranty on HVAC, plumbing rough-in, and electrical rough-in, and a 1-year warranty on all fixtures to ensure our clients’ complete satisfaction with their home.
