Jeff and Crystal did an amazing job building our dream home. It was a custom build and they were patient with us as we worked through design changes and supply chain issues. They were very responsive to our questions and needs, and kept close communication throughout each step of the construction which gave us peace of mind since this was our first time building a home. Overall, it was a joy to work with them and we would definitely hire them again!

I would like to take a moment to share our experience about Southerly Builders. We are extremely pleased with the finished product. They stayed in communication, and made every adjustment we asked for. Anything that may have come up after closing was promptly corrected at no cost to us. Very few builders will be that easy to work with, especially after closing. They take pride in their work, and are very meticulous. We would not hesitate to build with them again.
